Sharon Rosenthal is a multi-media artist in Philadelphia who believes that jewelry is a pathway to communication. Her educational training includes Temple’s Tyler School of Art, Fleisher Art Memorial, Cheltenham Center for the Arts, as well as numerous workshops with well known craft artists.
Sharon has developed a unique style creating jewelry that appeals to the artist in each of us in a highly personalized way. Her one of a kind neck pieces feature untouched materials found in nature and artifacts that speak of culture and lore. Her travels to find objects to incorporate into her work are a testament to her desire for experimentation and artistic growth.
She has gained recognition at juried art shows, as well as being featured in newspapers and magazines.
